Nero MediaHome 4 occurring shut down error

When I try to run the Media Home 4 then it will be gives the error problem. Whenever I try to run this application on the windows vista then it will be encountered an error shut down. After running this application the system is to be shut down. Before shut down the system, it is to going to the halt.
