Getting Error message: “Steam client: VGUI_Setup failed” after updating Steam Client
Hello I have installed the windows XP operating system on mine system and everything on the system working fine without any issue and recently I have installed the Steam on mine system and I have installed this without any issue. Last night I have launched the steam and after that I have updated the Steam Client and restart the steam. But after restarting the game I have got the error message saying that: “Steam client: VGUI_Setup failed”, I have got this error message first time and now I don’t how to solve this issue and so that I can play the game. Can anyone help me to solve the error message?

I think operating system I have been corrupted and so therefore I would like to suggest you to make system file checker on your system and so that you can solve your issue. To run the system file checker on your system you need to go through the below steps: first make click on the start icon and after that click on the run. Now on the run type: cmd and after that click on the ok button. Now you will get the command prompt and under that type the below command and after that press enter key:

Even I have faced the same issue and after that I have gone through the below steps and after that I have solved mine issue. I just copied it from my windows\system32\dllcache folder to windows\system32 and after that I have solved mine issue and so I would like to suggest you to follow the steps and after that make sure your getting the issue or not.

I think your issue related to related to user access rights for folders files and registry entries and I think your system DCIMAN32.DLL file has been corrupted and so therefore you’re getting the issue. The DCIMAN32.DLL is an essential component of Windows, is not in your Windows installation, then install the operating system has been damaged. You may have to find a copy of the DLL and replace it, or you may have to reinstall Windows. Unfortunately, there is no way around steam in terms of certain basic components of Windows, and it is essential that the operating system is completely installed and not damaged by many programs including steam to operate.

Try to delete the clientregistry.blob file and after that force another client update and after that you can solve your issue. just open the location where you have installed the Steam game and after that locate to the clientregistry.blob file. Now once you located to this file and after that make right click on the clientregistry.blob file and after that select the delete. Now once you delete the clientregistry.blob and after that start the steam game and then force to updated the steam client again.

If above all solution not working to solve the issue and after that I would like to suggest you to make uninstall the steam and after that install the steam again and after that you can solve the issue. even I have faced the same issue and after that I have reinstalled the steam and after that I have solved mine issue and so I would like to suggest you to reinstall the steam game.

Age of Empires Online NO SOUND Please help
I'm having problems with AoEo. I have no in-game sound. I have sound up until the point where I pick my nation. After the load screen into the capital city....no sound.
I'm running Windows XP, my sound card drivers are up to date. Windows updates are up to date. Games for Windows Live interface HAS sound. In game settings are at the max and on.
Does anyone have any ideas.

Have you tried updating the the directx version of your pc? Update your windows xp to the latest service pack 3. Try updating the game as well, if it autoupdates. I don’t know what happened, but I cannot start my game in any way. This is really annoying. Anyone has any idea which helps to solve this issue? The first is to try to run the redist UE3, after install both the package and ue3redist PunkBuster. After installation to test if the game goes into the menu if you do not, that ROGame.exe runs, and check if an error occurs that a file is missing. If any, either post here or just Google the file to yourself and attempt to get it. You should get a message that the steam is not running normal. Try to run the game with -nosound tag could be that the sound card is borking things.

I could in fact get to HE menu later than installing the redist, but after that it just stutters a bit and I obtain the engine as stopped functioning error.

Does that occur before later than you click on multiplayer? TWI is functioning on the trouble in the multiplayer menu that it crawls to a halt and crashes your system.

Today I played RO2 Beta. It worked properly. I knew that my system is well enough for the utmost necessities apart from my CPU. To play this game with all graphics today I bought a Q6600@2.4 GHz, which reaches me tomorrow. Now here's my big problem. I opened my computer this afternoon, towards the motherboard to clean my CPU core, and my refrigerator it does not their dirty for the new Q6600. Put new thermal compound in the core. Everything worked fine but had no problem with other games, with or without steam.

That means that error. That means the game is launched and crash somewhere after the game has started. How early could be after the launch. Try to upload the log file somewhere.

One of the things I do when I was having accidents was manually tried to set the limits of the ROEngine.ini through the game and does not load past splash screen first. I had to go to rename my configuration folder in My Documents \ myGames \ unrealengine3 \ Rogamar \ and restart the game. I had some options that seem to have also when in the game and had to do the same for that. The only way I was able to get the settings to make my adjustments was to close and restart the game. Just some extra information, if the previous fixes do not work for some people.

What did you rename the config folder to?
Nothing seems to work for me, I can't get past the damn splash screen

If the game crashes or wont launch at all then try deleting this folder \common\red orchestra 2\ROGame\Movies\. Go to steam options and set the language to english. Now when you launch the game, steam will download localization files (2.2 Gb). This can solve the issue.

I have seen some video in the official site of F1 2011, the videos display some kind of celebration Lap that was quite interesting, but however I have the F1 2011 game, but still I have not find any such lap in this newly release, so guys is there any such kind of stage or lap is present there in F1 2011 or the video was just a fake, so guys if you people know such lap then please let me know.

As you have seen that or not , but according to me there are such thing present in few of the corner as we cross the line, this is not present completely on the lap but at some point you can see the celebration lap exist. Although there are the celebration seen when the racer win the race he just waving his hand over and over, that point the happiness of the winner and that is the best part of the celebration.

In that videos we can just see that the jenson just raising his hand after he got the victory and win the race in Canada, however there is some of the possibility that we will see some of the celebration scenes present there in the celebration lap. And also there is the one the parc ferme.

According to me there are the celebrations activities present in F1 2011, if you have seen that there is the celebration scene whenever we win the race our race engineer congratulating us. And say something to us. That the great pleasure and honors by the race engineer, and it seems to be the part of the celebration. And also that make us to feel like the real driver. as we look over the audience there are also the positive environment for the celebration is seen over there.

The celebration is seen in the victory, and the way they have animated the driver reaction of shaking hands and pointing to its car and celebrating the victory. And if you are searching for the lap celebration seen then there is no such scene, because as soon as we win the race the Result Screen pops up on the main screen.

Rain features in F1 2011 as compare to F1 2010
In F1 2010 there are the rain features which are the quite interesting in look, and graphics also, is there any rain feature is also present in F1 2011. If so then at which stage or level I get this or what are the extra graphics provide in this F1 2011. I want to know this information, I have search the various gamming links to get the answer but not get the exact what I found, so if you guys have any information regarding the rain feature in F1 2011 then please help me out.

According to me there are the chances for the rain in F1 2011 also, at about we can simply say that there is the 30% rain and 100 % race, also there are the feature for rain forecasting present in F1 2011. And also there is the option by which we can change the rain to be light and even heavy as depends on our choice. That is the great of F1 2011, so to enjoy the race in heavy rain.

However there is hardly rain during the match, the only thing is the cloud which seems to be the rain , but we can easily race and fully complete the race without the rain in between , hardly there is the rain in between the matches.

First Level Bug on Xotic game
I love the game so far and is likely to finally get it on XBLA when you let go there, but there were significant failures in the first level. (GTX 550 1920 x 1080 i5 IT playing with a wired Xbox 360) The first time I instantly saw a completion screen without me moving. I chose to restart the level. The second time I could not move, when a screen tutorial assumes that appears. I was able to return to the menu and restart the level. Third time was able to run the light to complete the level without killing the two "bad boys" gives me a termination Epic Fail. Fourth time I was able to complete the normal level.

That is very strange that sounds. You're the first person to report this behavior. I'll keep an eye out for him. You will be doing any alt-tab in / out of the game? I launched from the steam after download w / o interruption. Could this be linked to the initial installation of Nvidia that says to restart steam after it is easier to play with the mouse and keyboard and a gamepad? With a command i always have problems with the focus on these games
