Programmable Auto PC shutdown after the download is complete on steam
Hey guys I like to propose steam to put the option of Programmable, Auto shutdown PC when a download is complete. Please stem add this feature as it’s very useful to save energy it has been said that our knowledge has superior so a lot that appliances and gadgets can be switch off any time they aren't wanted and turned back on when they are, with no risk of damaging them. And doing so means energy savings. Turn off your computer if it makes sense to. So what about you guys can you support this comment on this

Absolutely right why not use this I agree with you in the time of this global warming this is one of the best option that has been suggested up till now hats off for you I support this thread and its implementation Steam appropriate for environmentally friendly procedure like a green application

This would be the great idea for those who have the download is huge like when I downloaded Empire: Total War. It took a entire day

Yes, this scheme must be good. I support this one but depends its more proficient to have your PC working all day after that to have it turn on and off entire day. It takes extra power to turn on then it does sitting idle. Also, continually turning the pc on and off will also make hardware problem. But, if it make you experience better and you don’t use the pc numerous times a day, this would be a superior feature.

I had by no means use it, but it’s absolutely a helpful feature and supposed to be put into practice. I picture they'd have to make your way to distinguish among a game downloading and a game updating, can’t make out how the Steam backend workings for that.

Extremely important features as I don’t wish to run my PC on for 5hours straight at what time my download have been over like 2 hours before. it’s a Good idea not implemented yet
