Windows Live ID email address no longer exists and can't receive a reset password link

Windows Live ID email address no longer exists and can't receive a reset password link There is a strange issue with Windows Live ID. Few days ago I have purchased a new Xbox 360 console for me. I already had the old one which is signed in but I don’t remember the password of that account because it just remembered on the console itself. So I tried to reset the password but due to some reason I could not able to receive password reset link. It prompts me that the Email address I am currently having does no longer exist. However there is no way I can update the Email address to get the password reset because I cannot login into my mail account without knowing the password. How can I get password reset link sent to my current email address? Usually whenever you send a request for password reset, they will not send the link on the same account except it will sent to toward your alternate account. This alternate account is one which I have specified during the creation of Windows Live ID or account. You can also create normal live id again, but there may be complications (there have already experience with), there will be awarded for the same LiveID different account ID. In fact I have a (big) worries related to the Microsoft Xbox Live and I would need at any price change of address, I cannot do directly by the Xbox 360. Later I have determined I can really try the Windows live account recovery process. To do this you have to go this link in order to recover your Windows Live ID account. This is the only possible way to recover the account but you must pass the validation. So far that you have to account information and go through the process. Once the you passed the validation, you will get an option to send the password reset link to your preferred alternate email address. Generally, the removal of the Live ID is not managed by the domain is the recommended practice. The owner removed the Live ID can still log on to Windows Live and continue to use all of the associated service. However, should rename it using an email address not associated with e-mail services based on the Windows Live ID, such as Windows Live Hotmail. When you remove the Live ID from the domain, you can create a new ID with the same name, but the password must be different from that of the old ID removed. The old one removed from the domain does not expire, but may remain in a state of forced renaming indefinitely. Since you probably do not know the password of the Windows Live ID removed, if errors occur upon removal of the Live ID, try using a different password. Reply With Quote
