Google Translate now understands

Seven new languages - Turkish, inhabitant of Thailand, Hungarian,
Estonian, albanien, Maltese and Galician - made their appearance on
Google Traduction, the translation service on line of the world number
one of the search engines, which changes to 41 the full number of
languages taken into account.

Accessible since the navigator Web, or possibly integrated into this
last via a plugin, Google Traduction has proposed for several years
the automatic translation of whole or part of a Web page. This
automatic engine, functioning using algorithms and of statistical
models, offers without surprised results lower than a true
translation, but makes it possible to seize the content of a text or a
Web page written in a language which one does not know.

Conscious that this service type is a good way of researching for the
Net surfers, Google recently undertook to adapt its tool for
translation to other sides of its activity. The reader of flow RSS
Google Reader thus proposes since the end of the year 2008 a
translation of the contents to the flight.

Last August, Google also opened a center of translation on line, kind
of place on the market intended to bring together Net surfers in
search of information and translators professional.
