AC_RunActiveContent.js error with IE

AC_RunActiveContent.js error with IE
Hi all!

I was trying to acess some websites & getting the error with IE 7, it says "This page requires AC_RunActiveContent.js".

I got this problem after upgrading to IE7.
I recently had a error with ActiveX/Flash not working but was solved by reinstalling it.

It's most likely web page problem.

If they didn't install Adobe Flash Active Content Update Extension, you'll be getting the above error.

Just in case, see, if your Flash is up to date.

Re: AC_RunActiveContent.js error with IE
OK, I have tried some quick eliminations:

1: Installed Flashplayer 10 – just in case I hadn't already
NO CHANGE

2: Disabled the Flashblock add-on
NO CHANGE

3: Disabled another add-on called Java Quick Starter 1.0
NO CHANGE

4: Disabled the NoScript add-on
BINGO ! !

So I have re-enabled 2 & 3 above and BINGO still applies. Damn, I don't want to have NoScript permanently disabled. So news.com.au will be a problem until I (me) or someone else affected can work out why it happens even though news.com.au is in the "white-list".
