Can't upload files on any website

Can't upload files on any website
I can't upload any files on any website, like rapidshare or any email account like gmail or yahoo. I'm trying to share one small zip file around 2mb but damm when i click on upload it takes infinite time and nothing happens. I can download softwares without any problem. please HELP!

* May be your pc having a virus or malware. Download Norton Security Scan , its free. Perform a free virus scan.
* Also to make your pc free from spywares Download Ad-Aware
* And also try this: Start -> Type "msconfig" into search bar (Start -> Run -> "msconfig" on xp) -> General Tab -> Selective Startup -> Check "Load System Services" and uncheck "Load Startup items". This basically just starts windows without any programs that startup when Windows start up, MS refers to it as a "clean restart."

Go to speedtest.net and test your upload speed, if its not normal then contact to your ISP and asked them about this issue. Also refer to this thread: http://forums.techarena.in/vista-music-video/733735.htm

Disable all your security firewalls and antivirus things. Some security software that includes Privacy features, can affect your ability to see or work with images online. One example is McAfee's privacy feature has been known to do this, and you may need to disable that feature or where possible, adjust the settings. Even if you have never changed your settings, auto updates can change certain things without your knowlege.
