Firefox handles the RAM of your system by about:config. There are most of programs return unused RAM when they are minimized but Firefox does not do so. So You can change the setting by about:config. In the filter search , type config.trim_on_minimize. Just right click on that and clock toggle , turn the value to true. This will help you.

You can also stop Websites From Blinding You With Blinking Text in Firefox. about:config can disable the blinking text, You need to go the filter search and type browser.blink_allowed. then right click on the setting and click toggle and set the value to false. This will disable the blinking text in Mozilla Firefox. Best of luck.

You can also paste Text With The click of Middle Mouse Button. Windows user can also get the same functionality as on Linux for the middle mouse function in firefox. You need to go to about:config and in the Filter search, type the middle mouse.paste. The right click on the setting and click toggle and put the value is true. Try this and reply.

You can open search results in a new tab with the option in about:config. I configured Firefox to open all searches in a new tab by these method :
# Go to the filter search and type browser.search.openintab.
# Then right click on the setting and click toggle.
# Put the value is true on the toggle box.
Best of luck.

I can make Firefox menus load faster on my system with the help of about:config, You need to go to the configuration window and right click on that and choose new > integer. Name that ui.submenuDelay and set the value 0 to it. after tht restart the Firefox and check the smoothness. It is my favorite browser. Reply how was the experience.
