Implementation of Ubuntu Enterprise Cloud
Hi,
Ubuntu Enterprise Cloud (UEC), this solution is based on open source Eucalyptus which allows companies to deploy their own cloud computing solution while communicating with the programming interface of Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2) . So I was just wondering that it is for sure that the cloud in Ubuntu will be more secure as compare to others.

It is true that if you have your own Private cloud then it gives you a immediate and flexible IT infrastructure of your own. You can use the Ubuntu Enterprise Cloud to get that experience of Cloud computing on a Linux based PC or network. That too with great security and firewall protection. The workload deploy for the same is immediate. You can increase or decrease the capacity as per your usage and needs. For the same you will need the Server Edition of Ubuntu.

Currently you will get to use the beta version of Amazon EC2. During this cycle called Karmic Koala, we want to make it easier to deploy applications in a cloud, or with applications ready to be executed is based on an image machine The beta version of this feature is already available and allows developers to see the disadvantages and advantages of this integration.

Eucalyptus is fairly simple to use, but it is not the only solution. Developers can turn to at least three other open source tools while also performing: Joyent / Reasonably Smart, where applications are developed in HTML for the interface and JavaScript for the server part, Globus Nimbus, which can transform a cluster of servers in cloud OpenNebula 1.2, which supports the platform of Xen and KVM virtualization and EC2 Amazon.
