Internet Explorer 8 browser history does not clear
Hi'

I have Windows Xp with IE 8 as my web browser, when I delete the history and even have the setting delete on exit ON, but as soon as I open the internet again the history is still there. I don't know wht to do ??

To clear Internet Explorer 8 browser history, click the Security menu, located on the far right of the browser tab Lawyer. When the pulldown menu, select Delete Browsing History ... option.

Note that you can use the following key combination instead of clicking the menu item above: Ctrl + Shift + Del, then tick mark all the options available and press delete button.

Delete AutoComplete saved information in Internet Explorer 8

1. Open Internet Options by clicking the Start button, Control Panel, clicking Network and Internet and then Internet Options.
2. Click the Security button, and then click Delete Browsing History.
3. Select the checkbox next to the form data and passwords.
4. Select the Favorite Book website data check box if you do not want to delete the form data and passwords associated with web sites in your Favorites list.
5. Click Delete.

When you enter a password in a web page for something such as your e-mail account, Internet Explorer usually asks if you want the password to be remembered. If you choose the password to be remembered, will be stored by the browser and then fill in automatically the next time you visit that website.
