Internet Explorer could be using old information when you try to use your Webmail. Try deleting your browsing history to see whether the problem is resolved. To do this, follow these steps:-

* Click Start , and then click Internet Explorer.

* Click Tools, and then click Delete Browsing History.

* In Delete Browsing History, click Delete All.

* Click to select the Also delete files and settings that are stored by add-ons check box, and then click OK.

* Try to use your Webmail again to see whether it works correctly.

Re: Internet Explorer 8 cannot access Webmail
Many users face this problem with IE 8. Many times the cause for this issue can be the IE Add-ons. Browser add-ons can sometimes interfere with or conflict with other software on your computer. So i'll suggest you to run Internet Explorer in No Add-ons mode. If you don't know how to do that, just follow these steps:-

1. click Start , and then type Internet Explorer in the Start Search box.
2. Click Internet Explorer (No Add-Ons). Internet Explorer opens without add-ons, toolbars, or plug-ins.
3. Try to use your Webmail again to see whether it works correctly.

If disabling all add-ons resolves the problem, you might want to use Add-on Manager to disable all add-ons, and then turn on add-ons only as you want them. This lets you determine which add-on is causing the problem. To do this, follow these steps:

* Click Start , and then click Internet Explorer.
* Click Tools.
* Click Manage Add-ons, and then click Enable or Disable Add-ons.
* For each add-on, select the add-on, and then click Disable. When you want to enable an add-on, click Enable.
* Click OK.
* Try to use your Webmail again to see whether it works correctly.
