I came to know that people who are staying at US will be able to purchase the game fro, steam. I don’t know whether it is true or just a rumor.

Well I am not sure about the thing but you can use PayPal for the purpose of payment. You can also download the game from amazon.com. you should create an extra copy of the game and place the same on DVD. As the patches being released by the developer of the game. since DD would be last version of the game to get.
