unidentifided pop up

unidentifided pop up
i have just reinstalled my comp, thought i was infected with a virus/spyware. However, with a fresh start i am getting the same pop up that shows the time, and looks like a browser that can not be cloes.

I have done spyware/virus scans but nothing seems to show, so it maybe from a windows update.

I can not seem to identify where this is comming from to uninstall it.

the icon that i see kinda looks like a globe with eyeglasses on it?!?

well if anyone know where this is from please let me know cuz it pops up 5 mins after i open a browser

I saw the icon. I dont have any idea about what program it is. Since it pop ups everytime and that browser cannot be closed, it does seem like a spyware. Do you have any more information about this program, like its name or whatever, which will help finding the solution for removal of it.

Does reinstall means that you have formatted the windows partition and then reinstalled the OS again. If so, it should not come again. The programs looks to be a some crap indeed and it must have infected some programs on other partitions as well. Thats why it reloads again after reinstallation of OS.

Use Symantec antivirus with latest update to remove this crap, as it works very fine for me for cleaning any such craps.
